If he says he has a house in London, then invite him and ask him how he got the property. If you are not satisfied with his explanation, then charge him to court.

it is a legal argument and it has merit. once saraki is shown not to be given the chance to explain the discrepancies before being sued,then the charge will be quashed and saraki discharged not acquitted meaning he can be re sued.call the next case pls.

This is the problem with our agencies. They are weak and have practically no driving policies that perpetuate them regardless of who is in office. Every official jumps to please the boss in order to save his job. They do really shoddy jobs of investigating and putting a case together and that is why very few convictions are ever secured because the rules of evidence and of court will trip them up.

It's good that the judiciary has made precedents a matter of law that if breached can be upturned on appeal. The CCT has set a precedent wherein it discharged Tinubu because he wasn't invited. No superior courts have said anything to the contrary so they are bound by it. I wonder why it's so special now when 13yrs ago when the alleged offence was committed they didn't see need to draw his attention and prosecute him. Why now?
