It's been quite interesting to see all the posts regarding River State Rerun, more intriguing is how a lot of people advertise their ignorance. The thing is people are just playing to the gallery, whoever is announced winner PDP/APC there would be large scale violence and a state of emergency would be declared in Rivers and Wike would cease to be governor. The only way to avert this is if Wike and Amaechi would settle amicably and tell their boys to stand down in the interest of the state and her people.

that was the same ideology used in the 2011 general election in the northern part of naija where PMB won majority of the votes there....same happened in the last election.....so wat u r saying isnt new.....its been happening

So you don't know anything on paper can be copied 100% even when it has security like Naira notes. The only thing that makes it authentic is if INEC endorsed it as the final result.

Unfurtunately or furtunately no state of emangency will be more than the one decleared in maduguri and yobe where contitutionally the governor is still d gov. declearing state of emnangency doesnt mean the governor will be removed. That impunity was imposed in plateau state during obj which jonathan constitutionally corrected. The president will need d house of rep and senate to aprove it and can be reviewed every six month.
