Only for those that had system failure(must be verified frm the centre) and those that were relocated and couldn't make it to the exam hall. Didn't see where they said 27th and 29th candidate should come to re-write. 59k students would re-write, 27th and 29th candidates were more than 100K so nt possible.

yeah, I've seen it. I think it's for those who had issues in their respective centres (short-notice relocation) and those complaining of one issue or the other (network failure, system log-out and so on). They said about 59,000 students will be considered to retake the exam; most of who sat for the test on the 27th and 29th.

Although we started late in my centre (about an hour late), we didn't have these issues to deal with. So, I guess we're left out even though we wrote it on the 27th.

However, it was said in the post that if students lay complaints and it is found to be genuine, they will be allowed to retake the test.

In short, retaking the exam is optional. So, they can count me out. I can't go through jamb's distress again. I'll manage the score I got.

Goodluck to those rewriting the exam.

Jamb giving additional marks to applicants isn't my concern here, There are also other students who scored more than 200, yet they also get additional mark from jamb. Weren't you given additional mark? If additional mark is been given to you and your total score still sum-up to 194, then admit you're a CONFIRMED failure, An Humdrum jambite, A romance & sex addict,. I'm sure you knew some people scored 200+ and your brain with theirs isn't different when juxtaposed.. I'll crave your indulgence to start preparing for the Next Jamb..

All questions and systems were test-run before use in the presence of Dibu, another Jamb rep and Minister of Education.. Every computer-based exam(GRE, TOEFL, likewise Jamb) will always undergo test-running before use, Though they might be a system knockdown due to power failure or other factors but that wouldn't lead the system to mark the right answers wrongly,..
