The question you should be asking is a simple one;

Is the governor of Benue in support of the killings in Benue? NO!

Is he making efforts to stop the killings? YES!

Is the governor of Rivers state in support of the mayhem and killings in Rivers? YES!

Is he making any effort to stop it? NO!

THEREIN IS THE DIFFERENCE. When a governor encourages brazen acts of lawlessness and deaths then his state is out of his hands and the Federal might is enforced.
