On a lighter note though even if i dont support wat dy are doing, i tink , the reason for d change of date is because of d delay in budget passage which means they can't get appropriation and witout appropriation they can't proceed. it wud v been proper if dy released a statement to calm down nerves. make God help us all.

If that's d case, then there is possibility of them bringing the camp date forward as budget will be passed today. But I don't know if NYSC will be able to come out clean and do that!
