The problem is that the losers at 2015 election have failed to get over the loss, infact the polity is still similar to the election period, seriously heated up. GEJ was vice president of the country from 2007-2010, and president 2010-2015. GEJ had all the headstart he could get even as president before may 2011. Buhari has had a turbulent first 10 months in office, majorly due to the dip in the nations revenue and foreign exchange earnings, and it is only fair to put that in context in assessing him so far. he had a 48 months mandate, 10 months down, i think he has over 30 months left to get a lot done.

The disappointingg thing is that instead of leaving things as he met them in office, Buhari is busy turning things around for bad. If we continue like this, this country will collapse within two years of this Government.

Across the civilised world, progress is made when there is rapport and understanding between the people and their leaders. There can be no progress when the leaders and the people are heading in opposite direction. Buhari’s anti-corruption war, if it succeeds, is big change that this country badly needs.
