Nonsense. Jonathan failed because he had no clue whatsoever what it entails to be the president. He was handed the office on a platter of gold and even admitted it wasn't his desire to be the president.

No one forced the words...

1. Stealing is not corruption.

2. They can insult me from head to toe, I don't give a damn.

3. If any money is missing, America will know.

4. Corruption is exaggerated in Nigeria.

5. If you bring a yam close to a goat, th goat must eat the yam.

..into the fool's head, after all, they say he's a Ph.D holder.

He was primed to fail and he deliberately employed those he figured could fast track his failure, and together, what a failure they achieved!!!

Infact the more they try to paint buhari white as an angel of change ,the more they damage his popularity because all the points they usually bring out in support of buhari always negates what buhari is doing. Even liar Mohammed who manufactures lies for apc with reckless abandon has run out id steam and can longer defend buhari
and failings .even people who are been paid heavily to defend buhari are finding the job tremendously difficult because there is virtually nothing to write about or defend except boko haram issue .
Oga Lienus Mohamed don tire for lies grin

The problem is that the losers at 2015 election have failed to get over the loss, infact the polity is still similar to the election period, seriously heated up. When the writer said Nigerians overwhelmingly bought in to the change mantra, i am forced to disagree , 45% of Nigerians did not at the polls, and they were not evenly skewed across the country , a bulk of those are sad, and subconsciously or even consciously for some wants to scorn at the decision of the 55% others, by seeing Buhari fail to fill the void in their shattered ego. GEJ was vice president of the country from 2007-2010, and president 2010-2015. GEJ had all the headstart he could get even as president before may 2011. Buhari has had a turbulent first 10 months in office, majorly due to the dip in the nations revenue and foreign exchange earnings, and it is only fair to put that in context in assessing him so far. he had a 48 months mandate, 10 months down, i think he has over 30 months left to get a lot done.

Complete nonsense with fluid stupidity filled to the brim.
Who is asking Buhari to perform any magic? The op seems to be mental patient.
What Nigerians are asking for is purposeful leadership with brilliant intelligent approach.
So according to the op brain ,positive change is when a president spends 7 solid month globetrotting and yet refuse to constitute an economic team immediately after taking over
What about the budget padding ?whose fault was that? I guess the fault is from the so called op tortoise grin
What about the fake anti corruption crusade?when criminals such as amaechi and co are part of this government despite the overwhelming corruption accusations and allegations against them with enough enough evidence ? I guess it is the tortoise fault again
Has buhari spoken about Fulani criminal activities since he became president?obviously the op will say that is the tortoise fault again
Ppl should always take their time and reason well and intelligently before writing trashy articles, you are not forced to write ,if you have nothing intelligent and sensible to write about just shut up and dont insult the masses intelligence

I don't like insulting people but if I'm to define ds OP in one word, he is what I know as "bumkum" he' d better keep ds nonsense to his brain instead of airing his biased mind & myopia. though I still respect his good English but his analysis is baseless & stinking. more of Buhari apologetic than whatever he is claiming in his post. why didn't he advice such in previous government that held more promises than d current. why didn't he advice Buhari when their campaign was loudmouthing all sorts of unrealistic promises to be achieved in a short space of time. why calling Nigerians tortoise-like thinkers when we r seeing a lot of all ds promises being denied that either they were not said or we should not expect it. is d OP not d tortoise who is known in d animal kingdom as a deceiver? well since u want us to still trust ds government or have d state & local government share our expectations okay. another Lai Muh in d making.

Nice post.. It is pertinent for us to still have bits of optimism in The Government, atleast three years, is still a lot of days, for them to make their mark. It is too early to pronounce the government as a failure

What the hell is wrong with you Nigerians ? Cant you guys think or what?
Who the hell is talking about gej? For your information every government inherits problems but no sensible normal human being willl be blaming past president for todays problem. If you keep referring to gej ,that means your brains is still in the past and not in the present. Even buhari himself is no longer talking about gej or pdp,he is focussed on the task at hand now and challenges of the future. The major problem buhari has is that you cant give what you don't have ,buhari hasn't got the ability to rule Nigeria in a democratic way because he is simply not equipped for it .

Useless because it didn't single out Buhari for lashing?
Useless because it spoke sense that the responsibility of good governance starts with you and I?
Useless because he mentioned the State Gov. who receives monthly allocation yet cuts ponmo, refuses to pay salaries?

I want to know the Useless part of the article.
Thanks!!!

Who were the people calling for a 'return' to 'Corruption'? Where are their names and pictures?

P.S.
Corruption has not, nor will it ever completely go away - so long as you have human beings you will always have misappropriation and maladministration.

Yes, GEJ's failures will always come up, most expecially when his army of supporters are the critics of the current day government. Obama admin never failed to remind his critics of the infamous decision of the bush's admin decision to go to war in iraq .

When you talk about low power supply, and blame a less than 10 months admin, we will be forced to ask you what happened to the constant power supply by GEJ in 5 and half years in an oil boom era?

Where are the refineries that could have stopped importation of refined oil products for over 5 years of GEJ in an oil boom era?

Most of you lots only want to deride him and subconciously see him fail to satisfy your shattered ego.

"I would like to stress that the change that Nigerians want cannot be accomplished by the government at the centre alone. There will be no change in Nigeria without the involvement of the states. Unfortunately, the states are overlooked while everybody is focusing on the Federal Government, which is totally misplaced".

The post is completely nonsensical.

Where is the OP when APC and Alhaji Lie Mohammed made Nigerians to believe that the problem and solution of Nigeria rest with the President ?

Lie Mohammed during his campaign of calumny against the last administration overlooked the aspect of other tiers of government and focus only on the Federal Government. One ediot is now posting garbage with his tortoise brain asking idiotic questions.

Useless write-up. I have been buying fuel #150 on the average since November 2015. Inflation is abound. Pure water is now #150 due to dollar scarcity. Breed, rice, Infact everything has increased by 30% to 50%.

1999 Obasanjo met $3billion in our reserve, oil was sold at $20 yet we did not suffer this much.

APC met $30 billion in our reserve and an average crude price of $40, yet all we get is #BlamGEJ

APC is busy killing this con3

God bless the writer, that's a word in season. For those saying APC promised this and that, the writer was unambiguous, you don't assess a government fully until it has exhausted its term of office. The perception that this government will ultimately succeed is clear to the WISE & DISCERNING. Even if you have issues with the promises made by the party in campaigning, ask yourself if the PDP ever promised Nigerians anything about good governance in 16years. Nigeria made history by having an opposition party defeat roundly the then ruling party who had very little to show in 16years of the 4th republic. They are the opposition today but their records of service are quite appalling and so they have absolutely nothing to offer in terms of constructive opposition. Nigeria will survive all their antics and negative wishes from their army of online commentators. The CHANGE begins with everyone of us.

It is right to expect immmediate change from Buhari cos that is what he promised. The disappointingg thing is that instead of leaving things as he met them in office, Buhari is busy turning things around for bad. If we continue like this, this country will collapse within two years of this Government.

The worst set of Nigerians is those calling for the return of corruption with the hash-tag “Bring Back Our Corruption.” The promoters of this demented and crazy campaign argue that under corruption, food was cheap and life was better.

Across the civilised world, progress is made when there is rapport and understanding between the people and their leaders. There can be no progress when the leaders and the people are heading in opposite direction. Buhari’s anti-corruption war, if it succeeds, is big change that this country badly needs.
