Hello Good People! I am a Computer Science graduate (2014) & I finished NYSC late last year. I sent out my CV & got three responses between November - December last year. This year, I have sent out my CV over 150 times but I have gotten no response (mail/call). Now I am thinking my CV is not well crafted or the words I used are not catchy enough. Please I would be glad if an HR "veteran" would help me evaluate my CV. If you could help, please drop your email address so I can send it to you. Thanks.

Hi Sam. I graduated in 2012, finished NYSC in 2014, changed jobs 4 times between then and now. I may not have worked in an HR capacity, but i sure have intensive experience as to how a job-clinching CV should look like.
