this has just shown why institutions in Nigeria cannot be strong, this is a man who is heading an anti corruption agency, partaking in rallies supporting the President. what this means is that buhari or anyone close to buhari cannot be investigated for corruption whether the person steals or not. once the President tells him not to investigate. even if he is a stooge of the president, let him not show it in public.

institutional bodies should learn to be non partisan.

he should be standing with Nigeria, or standing with the fight against corruption and not buhari.
