Listen..don't be deceived by those telling you to forge this and that to appear as her mother, you don't stand a chance in hell.

1. There is no opportunity here rather you are going to be banned by America embassy after forging papers just to get a visa

2. You can't study in USA with visiting visa.

3. You can't claim to be her mom because everything you are about to do now is FRAUD!

4. You can't work legally in USA with visiting visa

5. Those relatives encouraging you to just come over is going to use you and your little sister as slaves.

Stick to your principles and prove them wrong
Thank you, what about the School aspect, you didn't say anything about that.

justwise. whats the easiest way to travel to usa then. im thinkin on apply for student visa tho i dont intend studying when i gt there. maybe if ive been given admission and visa and i get the school i.d card so that i can work legally and might just move to another state and get married so i can change it to a spouse visa. what about that bro??

Let me ask you this..why would you want to waste more than a million naira within a year and end up as an illegal immigrant the next year?

Yes cost of visa application, flight ticket to US, first term school fees and cost of living in US for one semester will add up to more than a million naira.

Marrying an American for visa? That is life mortgage, it got nothing to do with love and the chances of you leaving her to marry somebody else after getting your paper is very slim

You are right about Latina and black voters not voting for Trump, but You don't get a green card 3 years after studies, you are eligible to work via OPT for 3 years for STEM graduates and during that time you get a job with an employer who can sponsor you for H1 visa and then file for a green card for you.

Time frame will depend on company policy i.e. some company policy is that you work with them 2 or 3 or not years on H1 before then file for green card for you which can take another year or 2.

mikkyangel:

That's one reason I why I feel trump will not win...he said some trashy stuff abt nigerians... (90% of nigerians...say over 3 million will not vote for him)

-latinos (their votes was responsible for Obama coming into power), and with d way dem dey born full here(wit a sizeable percentage attaining voter age this yr),am sure will not vote for him..

Leti not forget the muslims,d blacks and core white democrates...

OP....HAVE U GOTTEN D VISA? Abi u just woke up monday morning, come decide say u won come yanky?anyway like my bro said....visa lottery is closed,so u will need to
-apply for studies (new yanky rules/after 3 yrs u get greencard)....science and engineering causes ohh

OR...U come tru tourist (visitor) visa..."no worry,once u come in tru dis means,u will know d truth,and d hmnnn...will set u free "......

OR

If d top 2 options nor work, den na kokoyi (mex) u go follow ohhh...well,my friend dey here (22yr old)way follow dt way enter early last yr...she never even get work permit, she Don buy car within 6 months of arrival

You're smart!

it's terribly difficult to live a decent, stress free life in another country without the right documents and information- particularly if you're not naturally like that in Nigeria.

1. I don't want any dent of any kind on me or my documents, telling to go in as the mother first of all is against my principles of 'no fraud, no lies'

Gbam @Adazlolly

To begin a stress free life in countries in the west, you seriously need to guard against any dent in your name!! Your name is your brand and I.D everywhere you go! there are people that commit the smallest crimes during the teenage years who are being turned down for jobs in their 40s- remember they don't do paper records like Naija it's all computerised so it will never go missing like Buhari's certificate!

so student route or marriage

Maybe you're talking about the United States of Anambra.
What job do you think you can get without having a social security number or a permanent residence card ??
You think you can just move to another state in America ??
Where are you gonna live ??

Before you can get a job here or rent a house in America, you must provide your identity and also prove you're legal here.

The only people who are illegal here and still have jobs are the Mexicans because they do the dirty jobs, like work in the farm, work in the animal slaughter house, be a house sitter, cleaning the house and factories, these jobs don't require proof of being legal or your identities

How easy is this means bro? I have someone in Ecuador who told me I can try but I've always wondered what will happen if immigration no carry person from Mexico border.

Maybe you can tell me from your friends experience because Yankee no gree give me visa ooo, know no wetin I do them.

That's the easiest way to come to America.
There are no immigration at the Mexican border.
People from Guatemala, El Salvador, Mexico,Ecuador and other South Americans do come to the USA through the deserts, It is easier to cross over to the USA from Mexico than crossing from Nigeria to Ghana

U call it easier way,how easy do u think it is? Cos there is no direct flight from n9ja to mexico..3 peeps I know came to mex tru brazil...paying aprox. 500k for flight ticket ..Yes there is no imigra at d boarder as u suspect, but the one way worst past imigra,na dem dey bordet, they call them...."boarder patrol"!

Now d next wahala is crossing from mehico(tiguana) to yanky...this is where d Boyz are separated from the men...just pray ur instructor (kokoyi)doesn't bleep u,as in suck.ur pockets dry b4 he finally shows u d way (fence separating yanky from mehico) u.this is followed by the question and answer segment .so wen eventually u enter yanky,u go know what to tell them......men ur story gat to dey intresting and convincing..(and u have to learn how to cry)

And finnally (most importantly)......pls note that , if u cross from mehico to yanky, this means u came to yanky without a visa....UR CHANCES OF GETTING THE GREEN if u eventually u mk it tru and settle here is very very slim.(yes ,u will b making money here, but u may not be able to visit n9ja....)my friend is going tru serious psychological wahala these days
. (Misses his wife n kids)

My advice,don't do it!,
Coming tru school still remains d best option....and visitor/tourist visa is another way out...

Another way is someone to file petition for you but only if you knw some1 who lives in d State and if such person is a citizen or with his or her green card, ask such person to file u a petition but it takes 1yr to get approve and can even be denied.
Re: Moving Permanently To The US by ttmacoy: 11:55am On Mar 21, 2016
Someone he knows can't just file. He can only be filed for either by a US citizen spouse which is the quickest or green card spouse which can be about 2 years, or US citizen parents if under 18. If he has a US citizen child who is above 18 the child can file for him as well as that's fast as no quota.

Other options are brother of US citizen but that takes up to 10 years before your visa number is current.

You cannot just ask any U citizen you know to file for you.

i wont advice u to go that way. u will be deported back to nigeria and receive a life ban. Little is enough for the wise
why cant u apply for a immigrant visa right away, or u can come thro school then after school, get a job and the company files for u ( NOTE: IF DONALD TRUMP BECOMES THE U.S PRESIDENT, THEN FORGET THIS ROUTE)
i wont advice u to get marry to a USC simply because of a GC. its risky and its called immigration fraud

Bros all these things look very easy on paper but in reality it will drain you mentally and psychologically. You don't just marry and you get green card automatically. I have three friends who are hooked right now just because of this reason. Immigration will stalk your life...Facebook, instagram and twitter....something will give you up and they will know the marriage is not legit.

Marrying a Nigerian American for green card is a very very wrong decision. They will not marry you if you don't have a green card. A Nigerian American girl told my friend point blank, I lovr uou but I cant file green card for you...Go and marry an Akata and get a green card then when you get the card and divorce her then I will marry you. Nigerian American girls no get any help wey den go do for you.

For people thinking of coming to America through Mexico, let me give you one advice, don't ever and I mean ever try it. The danger outweighs the benefit.

True Story

A successful Ibo boy (not trying to be tribalistic but to make a point) came into America 6 years ago through Mexico. He entered Mexico from Nigeria and was there for 6 months before finally meeting a cartel that will cross him over. He paid $3500 for them to cross him over and the journey began from Mexico to America, they spent 2 weeks crossing because they have to walk some part, dodge from border patrol and also transfer vehicle. To cut the story short he made it to America through New Mexico. Note: he didn't come with his passport because he doesn't want that found on him in case he was arrested so he left it with a Ghana boy in Mexico.

On arriving in America he made his way to another state through another Nigerian guy that they gave him his contact. He called the Ghana boy to send his passport to him but that one refused and said he has to pay $5k to get it, after negotiation he paid $4k and it was shipped to him.

Well now 6 years down the line the guy never get green card, he cant rent a house, he cant even go to the store to buy a bottle of beer because he has no id and without id here you cant buy beer. He works in construction with a bunch of illegal Mexicans and drives a lexus with another person drivers license. He buys cars and send it home to sell and he lives in a house under another persons name. Now you will think he is successful, but he can never come to Nigeria, he has a wife and kids in Nigeria but he will not see them until God knows when. His ibo friends gang up on him one day and beat him up and took all his Money. He had to suck it up and nurse his injuries alone cos he cant call the cops.

Does he have money in America? yes. Does he have peace of mind? No. will he ever get a green card here? I doubt it.

In the long run it is not worth it. I met this guy here and I am got my citizenship before a year of getting here just because I came in legally.
