I was in one of my brother's shop, when a woman came in receiving calls. The woman requested a #500 mtn recharge card, she told us that we should help her send the card to the unknown number calling her. She said the number asked her to wait for her at any shop selling recharge cards. We oblige and send the recharge cards to the unknown number.
After a few minutes, the number called again that we should another one to him. The woman told us not to send the card because she didn't know the identity of the caller.
We were forced to asked if the woman knew the caller, but she said the voice resemble that of her elder brother. She explained further that the caller said he had hit a police officer with his car and he didn't want the police to know he had some money on him. The caller then said he his coming to give her the money.
At that point, we all know that she had been scammed. But, the woman insisted the voice resembled that of her brother. She keep on waiting for her anontmous brother.
After waiting for a long time, the woman eventually took her leave.
Meanwhile, having sensed that their victim had discovered their evil deeds, the scammers didn't call again and switch off their mobile.


Please take note;
Any strange or unknown number calling you demanding for airtime or material possession should be rejected and neglected.
