I think he may have some hearing problems so he adapted an external ear and mouth piece for his phone in that form. He just wants to hear clearly!.

Dr Umar Bindir is a rare genius, I was privileged to listen to lecture he delivered concerning the important of indigenous technology. he was one of the guest lecturers during our graduation lecture in Air Force Institute Of Technology Kaduna.
