As far as i,m concern, this Governor is highly implicated in this Chibok saga;
1.He gov.Shetima ignored the security warning that the venue of that Exam be change to Maiduigari.
2. He promised adequate security for the girls ,only for them to be attached with only 2 Army officers on the night.
3. As the chief security officer of the state, he did not place a call to the federal/ presidency to give a first hand information to the president.
4. None of the daughters of staff of that school were at the hostel at the time of the incident.
5. Source said the terrorists spent 3days meandering the community before disappearing with the girls, he couldn't call the presidency at that moment.

My findings ;
Chibok was an arranged scripts played out by gov. Shettima to stop the elongation and full declaration of state of emergency in borno and adamawa state then.
You remember the letter writen by gov. Nyako to Northern Governing forum?.
