IMO...

I think the problem came from the company that produced the signage.

Notwithstanding though, the job could have been rejected, but then again it could have been over priced, the insider could have squandered the money and instead of a replacement, they rather make a mess of themselves.

But come on, education sector making that huge mess...

Man know man contractor. That is why they didnt return it.

But truth be told, the error is hard to spot especially from afar.

It may be that the OP is jobless so after he went job hunting he was kicked out. Hence, having nothing reasonable to do and nowhere else to go, he decided to start reading all the signages around and detecting flaws.

My opinion though.

But buhari should create jobs na. Haba

That's not a grammatical blunder. That's spelling error. Grammar is construction of a sentence
