Please what stage can 4million do for someone that want to build 3 bedroom of 4 flats....please I need sincere replies

Roofing....it shud cover the haus depending on the roofing sheet u wanna use tho

Depends on the type of foundation


Raft:May not even complete the entire foundation especially if the height is more than 3 boards

Strip: Conveniently at decking level (I.e before decking

Pilling: Probably Pilling and pile cap......depends on the depths

Then foundation,2.2m
From foundation to decking level,1.7m

The best approach is to share the dimension of the Block of flats.

I will probably suggest between 24m - 26m length and width of 14m to 16m

The soil type will determine the foundation to be applied.

If it is raft, and depending on the height, you will barely fix the ground beams.

The funds may not cover filling and slab.

The ground beam breakdown, about 8 tonnes of reinforcement @ 140,000 = 1,120,000

Cement 250 bags @ 1600 = 400k, granite (2 trips) = 270,000, sharp sand / stone dust = estimated 270,000

Woods for formwork (nails, binding wire)= boards and 2 by 3 = 600,000

Labour for casting, iron bender, carpenter
