That lecturer needs an award in telling lies. From his statement you could see guilty written all over. He is a Saddist lecturer. My advice to lecturers of his kind, desist from victimizing students

The Lady is strong. That lecturer is a blatant liar and he has been caught. Now he wants his image redeemed. Honestly, We should have in our Education Ministry, a strong disciplinary department that can address issues like this. That lecturer must not go unpunished.

The belting part was just too spontaneous for me to believe. One moment you were kneeling and begging the lecturer to let you in. Moments later someone passed your script to you (while exam was going on!). Then the lecturer just got out his belt and started flogging MERCILESSLY!

And the Deans, HoD, NHRC, etc let the case slip away. So much that you had to come on social media to air it 5 years after...

I know of a lecturer who makes pple smash there own phone.. This one no be exam o... Na for ordinary lecture.
When he enters, his first comment is a plea to please put all mobile devices on silence and pay attention. When he sees you using your fone in class.. He wld remain where he is either sitting or standing and ask you to throw you fone to him... When you throw, he wld just walk away and allow the fone hit the floor or wall.... After he did it to two girls, the rest of us begin get brain..

a lecturer refused a student writing her exam, exam she must have used about 5 months to prepare for(judging from uniabj prolong semester) and u r saying she might have been rude to d lecturer? well, i wouldn't know know how u came about your theory. all i know is that from what has been posted, the lecturer was telling lies. he just victimized the poor lady.

Just wonder which institution works in Nigeria. Does the University have a Code of Conduct and should it include those acts of physical abuse and violence by the lecturer. They brought her in (the customer) for a reprimand in classic mafiaso style before the 'family' who as expected protect their own. If I were her knowing that a fair hearing is impossible I will have conducted a sting and secretly recorded it all. If supposedly cultured, educated and enlightened people act this way, what do they expect of the students who may hold positions and future responsibilities. Pity.

I believe the side of the lady. The lecturer lied in his confession. You didn't smash her phone rather it fell off her hand as you said and later you admitted you smashed it because she insulted ur family. because she refused to fill the exam malpractice form (for the crime she didn't commit), you pulled out your belt to scare her but unfortunately it landed on her. Mr lecturer you're a bloody liar. Get your a** ready to face the panel of judges. Thank God you acknowledged you have no witness to prove your innocence however you can't tell the court you have no evidence if you're innocent. Mr dear lady pls make sure follow this case up to its logical conclusion.
