There needs to be a governmental policy set in place for all these foreign manufacturers/businesses that see Nigeria as a breeding ground for their financial gains.

The policy should ensure that these foreigners must add to the developmental process of the country. Maybe one or two infrastructures for every one of them.. This policy should be adopted round Africa sef...
