they r not bugs, just follow these.
u can only use songs on internal memory for such. so u ve to copy or move d tones u want to use to internal memory..... notification or media....audio (alarm/ringtone) . dts all

I can't remember the password, please help with solution can't use the phone since yesterday.

I had the same problem don't bother factory reset here is the only solution
1.download the stock rom(sp flashtool ROM) from
infinix mobility
2.download sp flashtool and the drivers(u might want to google about this, to learn how to flash ROMs to avoid mistake)
3.load the ROM on sp flashtool.
4.most importantly choose format all+download in sp flashtool
5.plug in your phone switched off to the laptop and flash
p.s just trying to help any further damage to your phone ,I am not to be held responsible
but that's how I fixed my phone

Dude, don't use spflashtool o, use adb command to enter recovery mode and click on factory reset, or enter safe mode( by pressing the power button until it brings up power off dialog and hold on the power off dialog until it shows boot to safe mode then boot to safe mode) then uninstall the app that cause the problem by going to settings > apps. Or put d Glo sim back and remove the password

I did that already, phone was restored to factory default but the phone is still asking for the said password.

Hi guys, I don't know if there z a solution to this. But since I upgraded to this Android M of 600 and something MB. I've been having some issues.

1. I can't save pictures from bbm or WhatsApp. I mean they state it has been saved but I don't see them when I navigate to their folders in photos.

2. Call recorder doesn't record my calls again every record is 0.00kb when you go to view it in file manager.

Pls note that I asked that my memory card be used for transferring photos and videos not for it to be formatted and used only with my phone.
Pls suggestions would be appreciated.

I guess i was cheated then, I just checked Jumia Kenya and i saw it for Ksh7600 but i bought if for Ksh8500 just 2 days ago and it's even having issues now, I can't install any app from playstore and yes just double the Ksh price and that should be the equivalent price in Naira.
