It definately isn't androidone rom.. more like a clone of Infinix hot as u rightly mentioned in one of your posts. I told them to help me reload and make my phone come back as new ni o.. So that I could install the 6.0 update but they installed sum tin else (more like they flashed it really but didn't put the normal raw android one rom that came with the phone).. Am not very good with Rom things sir but I should be able to share sum screenshots... The one I download was about 825mb.. I wanted to do the recovery method...

Not possible, this is xui ROM, to do dat you have to flash d Androidone ROM before you can upgrade it, or u should have asked the agent at the carlcare to help u update it to 6.0. Goto infinixmobility.com to download the 5.1 Androidone rom and flash through PC

How can I resolve this issue with playstore. It keeps telling me background data disabled, Google play needs background data enabled.

And I did not restrict background data, please who is having this issues. I'm running 6.0 marshmallow and it was even occurring when I was running lollipop

Every problem with you guys is "restore factory settings". Even when someone complains that their call went off because their airtime was exhausted, you advise them to restore factory settings. Not trying to pick a fight but i'm just saying I tire for una.
