There are basic requirements to get in to it.
Getting accepted into it is even harder than getting Adsense.

1. The very 1st is that you need to update your blog daily at least 3times a day
2. You need to make sure your content are not copied
3. You need to check your grammatical errors.
4. You need to have authors with bylines underneath every post

There are other rules.
No one can help you into it if you don't meet those conditions.
Don't let anyone scam you and neither am i calling the guy above a scammer.

Thanks HK, Google never gave any reasons...just that they couldn't approve it last year. Their policy states that they are not obliged to offer reasons for turning down an application for inclusion into Google News.
