yes, they are called premium domains

yes....especially if it is a dictionary word, three letter domains, etc.

These are premium domains. If you can squat on one, you don hammer.

Try Google how much domain names like s*x.com, p**n.com, wine.com etc are bought. You'll begin to discover there is more to business than what the eyes can see.
