It's only in this country a lot of these companies get away with these indirect mini fraud.

Now tell me,, why would Airtel notify us of their 'smart talk' call tariff price at 11k per second which they prolly lured most of us into using their network for calls only to increase the price without any attempt of notifying their subscribers as well.
Just realised time shortage on my calls lately via airtel smart talk, only to find out the mof#kers increased the price of the tariff from 11k to 15k without informing us.
I mean it's illegal to indirectly rip people off some extra bucks without their consent.

Pls did anyone receive any Sms on this increase?
Cos I'm suing their a$$

These companies have t and c (terms and conditions) that majority ignore to read. When any thing happens then we start shouting NCC. Op I'm not attacking u o, but if it is in their t n c that tariffs can change without prior notice then nothing NCC can do. But if it is not in their tnc then ur ranting is justified.

It is true they have increased the smart talk tarriff to 15k per second. I noticed it today. We shd hav been informed before this kind of review
