You should also ask Nigerians to go a protest for arresting those who looted our common wealth and stack them away in dubai.

Pehaps Nigerians should enter the street protesting for taking the bull by the horn to implement the TSA blocking the leakages.

Nigerians should protest for trying to bring to book few nigerians who have used money meant for fight Boko haram for the personal jamboree. Anyway, Aba Moro is not left out.

Finally, Nigerians will not protest because many believe in the Govt and it will soon be resolved.

Have you protested for the weather being hot?
Op, how is this situation calls for protest like in Gej era,

So you mean you wanna protest for what black marketers choose to sell their fuel products...?

I didn't see any reason for a protest here against the black markets and if not them, what are you protesting for and to whom, If I may ask. Last time I checked the official benchmark for fuel is approximately #87. So what are you protesting for and to whom?

O please, spare me this sentiments u have allowed to be cloud ur reasoning. There is no light, fuel or even water. And the govt has continually showed their inability to manage the situation effectively( Ibe Kalichukwu comes to mind). In sane climes, people are supposed to protest all these abnormalies. So a sane person is bound to get worried that people haven't protested thus far. I did like to ask u, do u have fuel queues in ur state and environs? A honest answer will do

@op I am interested the pain is too much,I spent an hour plus in traffic yesterday because people used their cars to block the road all in the name of buying fuel.

Nothing seems to be working no light,no fuel, things are very expensive in the market and again the heat wan finish person. Me I don tire Sha and I think it's time to protest, maybe that will wake Buhari up from his slumber.

Kachiukwu comes to mind, ?? why not hold the main culprit the minister of petroleum resources responsible for the fuel scarcity instead of going for his innocent subordinate...

I will see reasons with you when you are void of partisanship and sentiment which you are accusing me of.
Protest my ass

The idea about my quoting u, was to bring to the front burner d need for a protest as its bn done in sane climes. The synopsis of it is that, this current administration hasn't put up reasonable effort to help alleviate the sufferings of the masses. Largely occasioned by the non-availability of fuel, light n water. Why I mentioned Ibe Kalichukwu was because of his " I am not a magician" statement, a statement that has mirrored the cluelessness of d present govt. Unless they urgently profer solution...let there be protest.

In 2012 Goodluck Jonathan administration on New Year day announced the increase in petrol prices from N65 per litre to N141 per litre.
We all Occupy Nigeria.
Occupy Nigeria was a socio-political protest movement that began in Nigeria on Monday, 2 January 2012 in response to the fuel subsidy removal by the Federal Government of President Goodluck Jonathan on Sunday, 1 January 2012.

Now petrol is only available at black markets where it is sold at N300 per litre, which is way above the N87 approved pump. what are we waiting For?

Lets #OccupyNigeria_again!
Not all Nigerians occupied the streets during that saga. For you to say "We" all occupied the street is an under statement instead Most or some youths occupied the streets to protest against the fuel subsidy saga.
Back to the question, those that occupied the streets back then should be hiding their faces in shame now because what we are experiencing now is worst than what happened then. NLC and TUC are toothless dogs barking.

You see, it **** like you that are undermining the efforts of a progressive few. How can you ask such a stupid question? Do you know your right as citizen? Can't you demand for your right as citizen by protesting that government whom you EMPLOYED do their jobs are fix the scarcity by making it readily available to the citizens?

This is why I say Nigeria will never be good with stupid elements like you.

I have lost all hopes in this country because people like you exist who would rather fold their arms and watch this get so bad without doing anything. Typical suffering and smiling ****

The protest will come at the right time. Just wait. They'll Always deflect their incompetence. Just wait. Very soon even the 16 years line won't work. Just watch. Some have even diverted the issues to black marketing. Go outside Lagos, is there black market or the petrol station are selling at extremely high prices.

Just wait the protest this time will be radical because it's not only going to be about petrol. Allow these guys twisting things for political reasons to continue.

Op no matter how long and convoluted the responses here, know this. Nigerians don't protest because THEY DARE NOT.....they elected to have a man THEY COULD NOT STAND UP TO over them so if he does good fine, but if he doesn't they will swallow it whole.

They do not protest because they FEAR Buhari.

It's statements like this that make you realise the depth of our depravity as a nation.

So for a citizen to demand basic - keyword basic - parameters of modern civilization, he must be a paid goon?

So the last administration was paying us with fuel and power and that's what we expect.

All you guys' excuses are enough...

You people ain't seen nothing yet, this is just the beginning. When these power hungry usurpers are done with you all. You will wish you weren't born a Nigerian.

Imagine the west who controls the media keeping dead silent as though all is well just because their own is given a place in a government where they have been silenced but we know a man dies where he cannot speak in the face glaring hopelessness. This much the great Lai confirmed when he said the President has lost control of the economy.
People can continue to suffer and smile but we the wailers refuse to die in silence
We will shout we will fight we will even die if need be. This government must throw in the towel over the colossal sufferings Nigerian citizen are made to go through nationwide.

It shall not be long if this continues before something will happen naturally to correct the maladministration. Yes it is a cleat indication of clueless ness on the part on the oil ministry administrator. Somebody is using the ideas of old in a modern beta
it can never work.

Everyday the govt tells one story another day they deny it. First it was subsidy, then it changed to vandalization, then non functioning refinery, then unbundling then global economic meltdown and now we are not magicians.
Don't we have elder statesmen again who can look this people on the eyes and tell them they are messing up. Oh since Gani Fawehinmi left I don't know what is happening to those claiming to be crusader of the masses.

We definitely need another hero.
