how do you charge the powerbank? doesn't the battery go down? no everyone can afford a diesel gen

If we say nigerians are suffering does that mean all nigerians aare suffering?
So every household can't be without fuel.
Some can afford the price some can't.
In my house I do have power 22hrs in 24hr just todaay they took it since 2pm and it's yet to be restored as at 719pm now. But ppl in other areas r yet to see light in 2days.
