1. Copy of Marriage certificate
2. Copy of wife's and child's passport (bio data page)
3. Copy of wife's an child's birth certificate.

For the purpose of visit, with the informations on this thread you should b able to guess where the problem is coming from with th documents you submitted but better still you can go for your GCMS.

You should try and include the no.2 (passport bio data page) when applying next time, the 1&3 might not be sufficient enough for the VO that treat you documents, and maybe you can go online next time so that you will be able to include family pictures both old and recent it should take care of the family tie

It is likely/possible. I became concious of this when I was applying for an offer at a Boston Uni. US...when they requested for my FB ID and/or Twiter handle even as an applicant... I 'sharperly' changed my fb name after writin the previous one. Your point is worthy of note!

Ur payment is not receive yet, ask ur bank for TELEX copy then mail them the Telex copy with d telex copy they can trace the fund. But once it's seen it will change to what I sent u earlier.

There's no special thing to it....basically, it's explaining the purpose of visit.
My spouse's has 3 paragraphs. 1st paragraph was literally an introduction into who she is, where she lives and how long we have known each other.
2nd paragraph gave an insight into her academic background, experience and what she currently does.
In her last paragraph she clearly stated that she wanted to come into Canada to help me emotionally, psychologically and financially. That being away from loved ones for too long can lead to poor academic performance.

I wasn't called for medicals but in the fifth week of my application, my tracking status says "processed passport has been dispatched from Accra". My assumption was that the VO is giving concession for my previous stay in UK for about 2years..lolz and so he/she just felt that there's no need.

I confirmed with VFS last Friday that my document is ready for pick up. Couldn't wait for the weekend to be over. On rushing over to VFS this morning.... wasting my precious fuel, I got the shocker.

Refused based on Purpose of visit and family ties to Canada and home country. Please how should I deal with family ties having indicated that I have a wife and child here oo and I wasn't planning going with them. The Canada part; is it that I am supposed to have someone in Canada because I claimed I don't have any?

Please help ooo

Boss you can defer to September but you should do it with a genuine reasons in case you were asked at the POE..... for your own good is better not to travel till you plan to resume because when you will need to apply for extension of you study visa/TRV you might need to explain why you didn't resume for your studies when you enter Canada and you have to wait for some months......

Yeah study and true o could it be UK police clearance I didn't submit because they couldn't verify whether I overstayed as I applied with a new passport because previous was valid for only 6months?

Hi guys, goodmorning all. Seems i'm late! I want to further my education next year in Canada, ontario precisely. I'd be going for a Pgd in business administration, I was told I have to start the process latest by September this year,because i'm looking at February/march 2017. I also read where they said students are allowed to work inside the campus for 6months before allowed to work outside. I have some questions:
1) are Pgd students allowed to work as well
2) what's the total package for everything, which includes tuition, accommodation, ticket and visa, feeding
3) which university in ontario is very affordable, not the very expensive ones since i'm doing Pgd before thinking of doing masters.

I'd be glad if my questions are answered thanks.

Lol...sorry for laughing thou it's just that ur last question cracked me up a bit....that's because I am asking myself the exact opposite and the vo gave same reasons for mine too and I was thinking like I should have left having someone in canada out of my application?. My advice to u sir is apply for ur gcms file and relax.....wat will be will be

Greetings house, I applied via paper route since 24th Feb. No upfront medical. Dis pple never say anything about my application yet o. They haven't call me for medical and school starts may. Hope these guys head are ok o. Keeping someone's mind on d high. Just worried mehn
