HAHAHHAHAHAHA CHAI!! did you even read the link you provided?
I did, looks like shooting oneself in the legs i know, but read the post i quoted well & you'd understand my drift...... Not everything is to be taken at face value..

theshadyexpress:
you still aint wise, can you also google the supreme court ruling as regards this isuue? pls stop exposing your lame intellect, youre to old for all that
can you also tell me which APC state saved money during this period or somebody forced them to spend it
I'd ignore the tantrums & weak clap back attempt....

If you are wise, you'd realise that States & LG's share is less than 50%, what did the past administration do with theirs, Nigerian leaders know when to flout/ bend the Law & when to pretend to be Law abiding....

Save your weak attempt to sell us Jona as being a rule of law proponent or disciple... Ayo Salami's case is a mere click away...

ECA is actually unconstitional , we all knew that but Bros still operated it!!

Thief Amaechi and co plundered Nigeria this way. What does he get, a ministerial position and then you say Buhari is not a northern goat?

OLADD:
A nation of heartless men and women. We claim to be religious yet, we're so far from godliness. Ameachi, Oshiomole, Fashola and many APC stalwarts were the ones that vehemently opposed the creation of Sovereign Wealth Fund but they all kept mute today having realised their folly. This also clearly shows that Buhari is a chameleon by feigning ignorance of his party's opposition to Okonjo Iwealla's save-for-rainy-day economic policy? May God save the nation from this unconscientious ruler.
what happens to constant reduction of the ECA at every NEC meetings?
where is the billions deducted from SWF account for 2nd Niger bridge or where is the bridge?
Where is FG 52% portion of the fund?
tell me one reason why state should not have taken the fg to court to demand for their money?

APC followers are just exceptionally dumb, see how a self acclaimed intellectual is arguing backwards.

1) The federal government has no right to divert federally collectible revenues without the accent of the state and LGA's

2) FG cannot selectively chose who collects what and when a state collects its allocation

3)Only APC governors were in support of sharing the whole federally collectible revenues

4) APC governors forum even rejected the idea of saving unanimously

5) justice salami case was not with the FG but with the NJC and the NJC is a judicial arm and not an executive arm, so PDP had no hand in it

6) Since the APC is blaming the PDP for not saving pls can you tell us one APC govt that saved? at least we know Peter obi handed over 20bn naira in savings to the the new governor of Anambra state

get over the excuse of a govt youre running you excuses dont achieve anything but undresses incompetence

they were not in charge but the money in the federation account cannot be saved without the express permission of the 36 state govs and 774 lga's cos the federal govt has no constitutional right to withhold state and LGA funds without their consent.

its obvious a dead clock is wiser than APC followers cos it still manages to be correct twice a day, but once APC supporters go dumb theyre dumb forever
As at the time the governors asked for their share of the ECA funds, how many of those governors were opposition?.... Even when you count out the PDP governors who later switched to APC, there were still over 20 PDP governors in the governors' forum now some clowns who think they are talking to kids is saying APC prevented PDP from saving?... WOnders shall never cease!

By the way, the entire 36 states and 774 LGAs only took 45% of the entire ECA funds, so please kindly tell us why the FG did not save its own 55% share amounting to over $11bn?.... Maybe the APC governors also used a strong juju spell to charm the PDP FG into squandering the savings right?... Meanwhile this squander happened in 2010/2011 while APC was formed in 2013. Strong yeye dey smell!

The bunch of PDP buffoons should understand that not all Nigerians are as silly as some of their brainless followers.

d tout has been rewarded with a mere ministerial position. a position to sidon dey look warm bench for office. recent report from Abuja is dat buari's ministers ar just mere figure heads to satisfy d constitution. dem no fit execute dem ideas or plans without approval from kaduna. on oda worths, ameachi has to seek approval from northern oligarch before he do anytin. northern cabals run buari dullard's govt. wat a pity for judas.

The money belonged to the FG and states, FG held the funds and it was evident that the FG was deeping its hands into the funds hence the states asked that the FG should hand over their own portion. Now there are 2 points which deflate the buffoonery of this 'blame game' by PDP:

1. There were far more PDP governors involved in this clamour than the opposition governors at the time. But the PDP now says APC governors were responsible. How convenient!
2. The FG still retained well more than 50% of the ECA funds as its share. Can you kindly tell us why that portion wasn't saved?... Was it also APC influence?

shut up your mouth and receive sense, if its even 1 governor that rejected the idea it will still stand cos the FG cannot selectively share the revenue, you are also blind to the fact that if the FG is to save it cannot save for only PDP states even if only PDP members agree to the plan the money saved will still be spent using federal character so those states that refused the idea will still benefit at the expense of others that saved. i keep asking APC fools one question, why did none of your governors refused to save at least we know of Peter OBI fmr gov of anambra who handed over 20bn naira worth of savings to Obiano and a debt-free state. The APC should be ashamed of itself

Secondly, the states only got their share, why didnt fg save theirs?
So it is only the FG that should save while the states should lavish their?

More than anything in the world, you need that sense you are offering me, even if it's just a little.

Please tell us how it is APCs fault that the PDP government couldn't save?.... No offence but this is the lamest accusation/blame game ever. How could people be so silly?

Leave all these your pointless rhetorics about Peter Obi saving money and what not. The money in question belonged to the states and FG, states collectively said to the FG, "give us our share while you can save your own share." FG's share was more than 50% (so that's quite significant), so please explain with a sensible logic how it is APC's fault that the FG squandered its own share. How is it also APC's fault that the PDP states (who as you claim did not want to take the money) also received their share and squandered it (save for Peter Obi of APGA then)?

Like I said earlier, even when you count out the PDP governors who later switched to APC, there were still much more PDP governors in the governors' forum.

If the PDP governors as you claim were not in support of sharing the money, kindly tell the house why the PDP governors also collected their share?.... Also kindly tell us why they didnt save their share when they received it?..... Finally, kindly tell us why the PDP FG couldnt save its own lion share which amounted to over 50% of the total funds?

No offence but this has to be the lamest excuse or the lamest attempt at shifting blame since this political dispensation. I wasn't expecting anyone to try and defend this.

The FG cannot touch a kobo of Federally collectible revenue until it receives its share, Pls acquaint yourself with knowledge

1. There were far more PDP governors involved in this clamour than the opposition governors at the time. But the PDP now says APC governors were responsible. How convenient!

stop making a mess of yourself, it has to be a unanimous decision from all the govs because the FG cannot save only money for PDP govs cos the monies saved will be spent using federal character to the detriment of participating states, so even if only one state rejects the idea it was just sufficient to jettison it, and may i remind you that the PDP govs you are referring to are now the bedrock of the APC govt?

2. The FG still retained well more than 50% of the ECA funds as its share. Can you kindly tell us why that portion wasn't saved?... Was it also APC influence?

Simple it was used in servicing the budget, but pls can you tell us why all the APC govs did not save? infact why are the APC states are the most indebted? cos i know of a an anambra state led by Peter Obi that handed over 20bn naira in savings to its successor and a debt-free state even when it is adjudged to be one of the best performing govt with regards to infrastucture.

you APC minions by now should understand that its always gonna be hard defending a bad product cos the harder you try the more stupid you'll sound. buhari is a bad product and will always be a bad market since 1983
