Who's spreading lie between both of us? APC governors did not oppose ECA because of spendings by the FG but simply due to their desire to pull down Jonathan by all means. Besides, when did spending on insurgency become a crime?

Stop deliberately misquoting me. I never said the FG was spending money from the ECA. What I said was that it was withdrawing from it without the knowledge of the states, who run it jointly.
