from April 11th-15th to strengthen diplomatic
relations between China and Nigeria (according

At this point in time, he hasn't signed the 2016
budget into law (most of us are aware of his
reason(s)... Now tell me, won't NYSC
(management) extend this date of Batch A
streams before 20th of April, IF he refuses to
sign on or before then...(I hope they don't
extend it again buh the truth is crystal clear and
it can't be hidden)...
He's busy touring around the globe for the sake
of strengthening diplomatic relationship(s) BTW
Nigeria and other countries(I'm not saying this

The president's travelling may not pose a challenge on signing the budget. Even if he does not travel, its not a guaranttee that the budget will be signed soon. That is because reviewing the budget before signing it may not be his personal responsibility. THAT IS WHY THEY HAVE AIDS AND ASSISTANTS.

With respect to the President's travels, in as much as the Nigerian budget and other related issues are of uttermost importance to Nigerians, there are other several international relations he is still responsible to sustain as the number 1 citizen of Nigeria. GEJ, Yar' Adua, OBJ, and others did even more during their tenure.

I deeply appreciate the later part of your writing.
