And the enabling structures must be working seemlessly as there is abundant fuel at affordable price everywhere. *In PEJ's voice* KONTINUE!!

It wont happen overnight. But already we are free from independent marketers that always hold us to ransome for selfish greedy reasons. And btw the queues are already easing. I bought fuel yday in less than an hour
Re: No Going Back On Subsidy Removal - FG by francizy(m): 8:30am On Apr 07, 2016
This confused government has probably removed and reinstated the fuel subsidy more than 6 times within 10 months.. What a waste! undecided

That doesnt make sense. Govt is able to remove it now because concerted efforts have been made to provide enabling structures.

You are the one being irrational here. Did APC not say subsidy doesn't exist? Did Buhari not say the word subsidy doesn't exist in his dictionary? Do you come around and now remove what you once said didn't exist? Answer please. APC house is built on quick sand - lies and deceit. A house built on quicksand cannot stand.

APC fought former regime against this same subsidy removal in 'Occupy Nigeria'?
APC/PMB said there was nothing like subsidy?

Why are we being led by newbies who are practically toying with this country, this is purely a trial-by-error governance

So where are enabling structures on ground? Dangote's private refinery still under construction or the structures struggling to keep up with demand?

LOL, doesnt make sense spending that much on petrol, simply use the diesel generator only. Diesel is just 125 naira per litre and can power everything, not the noisy petrol generators.

When GEJ removed subsidy, APC sponsored a nationwide strike that is still fresh in our memory.

When they campaigned, APC said there was nothing like subsidy.

Now, they are doing exact thing that GEJ did and I do not know why GEJ was voted out anyway, the country was better managed and in the hands of presentable classy professional, not these sets of nincompoops that resemble vegetable sellers.

Government should hands-off the oil sector and leave market forces to determine the price. We would not be in the fuel crisis we are today if the federal government has not continued to overly superintend the oil industry.
Exactly! Government cannot stop subsidy and still be the one to determine oil prices. It's not done. That's where the problem is.

Exactly what the government of today is doing now. Another is increasing electricity bill and power distribution hasn't improved better still worsened.

So in otherwords our refineries are now fully functional abi... What exactly are the structures put in place by the govt and what concerted efforts have been made?? Our refineries are fully functional today, non-functional tomorrow, partly functional d nxt. Jus a couple of days ago d govt claimed it neva removed subsidy and have started payments and today dis? Must u ppl find a way to celebrate confusion everytime?? It's even more disgusting some of U resort to insults wen valid arguments are raised. These zombies are really d problem of dis country.
