This money dropped off from a lady I gave a lift 6 months ago.

I don't know her or where she lives.. I only assisted her.

Should I give the money to charity or go report to the nearest police station??

If you still retain a mental picture of her, then keep the money safely. You might still come across her and she will be surprised, you still kept her money for her. Police will take that money and use it if you take it to them.
