you should give your all, each and every times you are doing bedroom acrobatics, and make sure you try your hardest to satisfy the woman in front of you. there is no given timeframe for a good performance in the bedroom, some women can be satisfied in 15/30mins of bedroom tango, while others need 3hrs to get to the promise land (remember you can always rest in between sessions).... but the catch is that you cant KILL yourself trying to satisfy someone, and instead you should just do your best and accept defeat, if your best isnt good enough for this woman.

Yes I can't spend for 30 minutes pounding a woman. It is unproductive and boring. Like I said, you have never tried 30 minutes cos you would know that after 15 minutes, the pleasure is gone.

It is better to break it into consecutive rounds of 10 or 7 minutes. Take breaks, talk to your partner, cuddle, then resume work.
