if you don't dress indecently to church but you dress indecently elsewhere, it makes no difference. What people are yet to understand is that Christianity is a lifestyle and not a religion. You interact with people more outside the church than you do in the church. So if every other day you are indecently dressed but when you get into the church, you are covered from head to toe, you live in self deception.
The mistake many Christians make, myself included, is in thinking that the building we go to is the church. But according to the Bible, our body is indeed the church where God seeks to dwell. So irrespective of where we are, we should endeavor to dress decently.

It's high time serious minded pastors started sending unclad boys and girls (long term worshipper) back home because they know the truth and they are not ready to do it, there is a difference between a church and a motel.

Ist timothy 2 vs 9 it reads in like manner women should adore themselves with modest apparrel with shamefacedness, and with sobriety not with braided hair nor gold nor pearls, nor costly array and zepheniah 1 vs 8 God says and It shall come to pass in the day of the lords sacrifice that I will punish the princes, and the kings children and of all such that are clothed with strange apparel.

obviously this is not a church! and someone could not be ministering like this

Indecent dressing is bad and should be condemned. It does not reflect the glory of God.
