If Buhari creates employment for every youth in the south and pays their parents N1 million monthly, they would find someone else to give credit to. Some people would rather sabotage electricity and fuel distribution network and suffer darkness and no fuel than rationalize stable power and electricity under the present government. Oga, fixing the value of the dollar at 197 is not the cause of dollar scarcity. Rather the significant drop in the amount of dollars flowing into Nigeria (via oil sales) is the main reason behind the forex scarcity.
