Apc dominate the national asembly and the government at the centre is an Apc government.From the submition of the budget to giving of consent by the president had being filled with confusions.From the above text message sent by the chairman of the committee on appropriation.It was obvious they were envisaging problems from the executives and was intimating its members to brace up to defend their actions regarding the budget.In a balance democratic setting, the legislature is suppose to act as a check to the executives and not a rubber stamp assembly.This is what is playing out in the curent budget wahala.
The obvious in this whole saga is,the executives want a rubber stamp legislature thus want to pitch the legislatures against each other and the Nigeria populace.By extention black mailing them to do their bidding.However,the legislature's want to be independent and carry out their statutory responsibility without executive interference.
Choosing Apc was a bad choice.They were conglomeration of aggrieved individuals with evil intention of wrestling power from PDP and carrying out their iñdividual selfish interest.
