Nigeria is a very diverse country and any group that poses a violent threat to the people, the govt has the responsibility to protect the people. be it MILITANTS, IPOB, BOKO, FULANI HERDSMEN, SHIIT MUSLIMS, ISLAMIC ARMY... All we know is they are civilian Nigerian Citizens with armed weapons. Who gave them the rights to carry guns? They are a threat.

So you were the one that gave IPOB guns eh? Cuz I've never seen them or heard they move with weapons.
