This crisis is real not only for women, but for men as well. The added financial and emotional responsibilities of another child require adjustment for the entire family. My wife wanted to feel bad just like you (we are based in the UK) but I reminded her, that some blessings come so suddenly when you never expected them.

I STRONGLY BELIEVE that Love and joy are waiting for us at the other end (after 9 months) especially if you have ever prayed that the will of God be done in your life. Surprise pregnancy may be a surprise to you but no child is a surprise to God.

Copper T is very effective in preventing pregnancy but it has to be well fixed when done and there is a likelyhood of a shift especially if the size doesn't fit well in the cervix.
The MOST appropriate FP method for a woman is determined by factors such as age,body size etc.If you don't get the right one for yourself,it increases the failure rate.

After this one, make sure you get actual birth control from a family planning center, withdrawal method is not reliable. If you don't, then don't come running to us when number 5 happens ...
