Just a few years back, I heard Dangote was employing PhD holders as truck drivers. It was heartbreaking.
A lot of rich folks especially the uneducated ones have ultimately passed through the University of Life, and nothing beats that!!
Education is important, but if you've not been opportuned to have any formal one, no need beating yourself over it.
