- Did the guy smoke cigarettes of marijuana lately?
- Has he been doing anything to enlarge his joystick size recently?

- Has he been taking any medication recently, any herbs, any particular type of food?
- Did he do any heavy physical work recently (that might have blocked a vain, abdominal strain, inguinal hernia, etc)

- How was his conditions at the moment the "disappearance" happened: was he dehydrated? what were his activities that day? what were the circumstances (in the mid of the burning sun, exposed to chemicals, whatever environmental factor or activity has to be mapped) What was his psychological/mental state (especially toward the man involved). Extreme anxiety can be a proper cause of penis shrinkage. Also atrophy etc.
