He's from Numan LG in Adamawa state. He's the brother to Late Philip Mokungah, the founder of Oasis of Love Church in Jos. Demsa LGA not Numan tho u hardly can draw a boundary btw dem.

See Mr man. JOS plateau is already a succesful place which so many Nigerian celebrities want to identify with. U can never compare it with an ordinary place like Adamawa that breeds boko haram.

Some profiles on Panam Percy Paul identify him as from Plateau, check wikipedia for instance. If Jos Plateau had not given some of these ppl an opportunity to succeed, they probably wouldnt have.
