My broilers were doin perfectly well until yesterday I just went. Out. Say about 1pm and I got a. Call that my chickens are dYing,some said it's heat stress but till today have lost about 25 broilers I seriously need help there stool is watery and the body temperature is too hot infact I can feel it. There suddenly stretch and become paralysed before they die. Anybody with usefull information should pls hlp me.

Firstly, spray their bodies wt cold water, get iced blocks and put in their drinker wt vitamins and antistress, make sure u shield them as much as possible from heat

It has happened to me in my farm before, that's how I solved d problem nd always make sure there are enough drinkers in pen wt water 24hours, water must not finish from the drinkers at any given time

I will tell my neighbour to do the same. The heat in Abuja has reduced his chicken from 500 to less than 100. I really pity the hardworking guy.

Make sure you DO NOT feed them again during hot weather, at best, their feeding should be done early in d morning, and in the cool of the day, as feeding also increases their body heat, provide enough water. Ventilation is very important, adequate ventilation should be provided. very very important. And without waste of time, CONSULT your VETERINARY for proper investigation into the cause of death to AVOID MORE LOSES.
