I want to reload my z3 cos it's not coming on, what i'm not sure about is whether clicking reload on bb link will solve the issue or I have to download the OS files. Any suggestions? Tks

once your have internet access on your laptop, the bblink will reload your os

backing up your contact to a memory card is a waste of time. if you have any email setup on your BB e.g yahoo, gmail, hotmail etc, then all your contacts are saved to that email's contact book

How can I view or modify my contacts that are saved to my Gmail?

Thanks i just called them now so GLO has been charging me for nothing? they said it is not suppose to be so since it is a command it is free. I will make sure they pay back all they have been deducting since i started sendeng SMS to that number what rubbish. angry

the lady is claiming i should call back in 30minutes that their server is down bla bla bla.

with the latest update, dat function has been removed from twitter. that is why it's advisable to read the reviews b4 updating the apps.

Hello house.
My Z10 has refused to come on and it,s not charging. I took it to two diff repairers, one of them is a slot staff, and they both said I should forget the phone and buy a new one that it,s a hardware problem and its common to the new bb,s.
Pls has any one experienced this?
