which network are u using? simply reply now. ur an is located at setting > network and connection> click mobile network, when open under it, u will see apn, click it. if u are using mtb, change d apn to web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net

My Z10 has refused to come on and it,s not charging. I took it to two diff repairers, one of them is a slot staff, and they both said I should forget the phone and buy a new one that it,s a hardware problem and its common to the new bb,s.

I wish I could lay hands on that device to know why it wouldn't start.. Does it blink the red LED light when trying to start?
have you tried starting it with another battery?
What exactly did the repairers do?

They've tried everything by using another battery, trying to flash it, opening the phone (there was no damage to any part) they said that it's how these new bb phones do, they just pack up. The first repairer had to refund my money back , that was when i knew it was serious.
It doesn't blink or show any sign of life.
