enough of this Saraki matter, he should just do the honourable thing and resign. Even GEj the buffoon gained back some credibility by conceeding. If you have to keep looking for technicalities, it is as much a clear admisiion that you know you are guilty, either way you are damaged, spare the country and just resign.
