This goes to prove that BH is made up of a good number of mercenaries, which is why the financial vein of the group must be completely cut off.

Exploiting the poverty of potential fighters by recruiting them is a tested strategy that also worked for militants due to the level of poverty in the creeks, which is why I agree with the first poster that poverty needs to alleviated to reduce the appeal of terror dollars.
