I know of some transportation companies that pays their drivers based on the trip they make - the more trips they go, the more they earn, so these drivers will end up running themselves to exhaustion without even caring for their own safety or that of the passengers.

The drivers use mobile phones freely while driving and take offence when cautioned. I have had to complain severally to the monitoring team but nothing seem to have changed.

The last time I travelled, I was shocked when the driver attempted to keep a fuel-filled plastic can next to him to utilize in the course of the journey. I protested vehemently. He still did anyway though he didn't use the fuel till we arrived at the destination.

The company management needs to sit up as a matter of urgency.

Hmnn.....saw the bus yesterday, with passengers enjoying AC. How will a tired driver not sleep off too in such condition?

Most people here are foolish people, do you think the driver wants to die, instead of blaming his employer that force him to drive without proper rest, you want him sacked. I am not surprised most mufos here don't drive nor have a car.

When the Captain was confronted, he apologized and told them that he worked the previous night. He drove from Lagos to Asaba and was forced to take another trip without any good sleep.

Very bad rep for God is Good Motors. This is the only road transport system that some of us are comfortable with and they want to start misbehaving by over working their drivers.

God will continue to be Good for us in Jesus Name, this is my favorable transport company that I am used to, because I will be leaving from PH to lagos tomorrow should I still board there bus or not pls frnd advice.

You guys don't understand simple English? The driver said he was forced to take up this trip without him haven a enough rest. The manager/person who forced him on this journey should be sacked & not the driver pls.

It is only God that protects, I remember few years ago I was in a commercial bus sitting close to the driver , few minutes after commencing our journey, the driver a known epileptic, got an attack!! Right behind the wheel!! It was God that saved us that day, I was able to control I just held d steering and turned it to the right while d spastic driver was able to remove his foot from the accelerator and the car stopped.What was annoying was that it was the second time the driver was experiencing an attack while driving and the company did nothing when it first occured.Companies only think of profit and concern less about passengers safety

It's not the fault of the driver buh dat of the company.
Imagine an exhausted driver been force to drive after driving at night..

The company should be closed down temporarily for endangering the lives of innocent citizens.

Which authorities are you talking about? You mean the ones that hardly function? The direct loosers in all of this is the company......imagine the huge loss [/b]the company will suffer if lives were lost and also to their motor. So yes the company should be sacking him for endangering individuals as well as himself.
If you have a driver that does this to your [b]motor, will you wait for 'authorities' to act? Won't you sack him yourself?
