No they are not. I use their app to vend recharge cards and i have yet to enounter problems. |

Becareful with those ibk guys. I transacted on there platform (ipayairtime.com) and made a mistake sent mail no responses also tried calling the number is switched off. Am sure very soon they would run of with people's money |
