Ehya, pele. If no light Have you tried substituting okro for ewedu. At least you can buy like 3 days own, 3 fingers should be enough for daily use. Okro is easier to cook, more delicious and nutritious too. Unless you dont eat okro.

It's safe in 2nd trimester and she can keep taking her sunday sunday medicine.
Don't worry about the breech presentation now. Chances of baby turning is high. It matters as from 36weeks. All d best

I hav nt taken my taken my second dose of fansidar. I was prescribed for early dis mnth bt scared of taking it because my last experience was nt funny at all.
