A child he knew he couldn't monitor and supervise, yet he forcefully took away from the mother that has been providing the care.

How can he convince anyone that was an accident? That was child neglect of the highest order, and that man should be jailed. Imagine the police saying they don't do autopsy? Who should insist on an autopsy if not the police? And yet they're requesting the child should be buried immediately!

They didn't even question eye witnesses on how the child fell into the well. Was anyone even with the child when she fell? Was she pushed by someone into the well? Or was she killed, before being thrown into the well? Yet police says the report they received was that a child fell into the well despite the fact that someone else said otherwise.
No investigations done at all.
