As much as you might be getting overly worked up with the changes on your face, I would strongly advice you to stay off some cosmetics brand during this journey. Salicylic acid is a family of the BHA also a fruit acid, but a STRONG NO during pregnancy. Unless you are towing the NATURAL Lane(homemade sugar scrub, turmeric, cinnamon and the likes) - - - (which MIGHT not give you an all round result like an over the counter product), I'd advice you do away with all of those products until after 9months. It's just a phase, it shall pass.
For me, during this period, I do only mild & gentle exfoliating soaps, No body cream, I only moisturize the areas that are prone to stretching. I can always get back to my shade after birth. You can apply the soap on your face for few hours and wash off. Dudu osu & dove gentle bar got you covered.

Same thing happened to me but I don't joke with my food and I do the house chores when I can, I cannot come and kpai. pls eat well cos ur baby and ur body need it. The Lord is ur strength.

Hey chim ooo! I just saw a mother complaining about not taking malaria drugs during pregenancy and the replies are scaring me ooo .i never knew i was to take one and my doctor never prescribe it though i did malaria test and it came out negative (no parasite seen)

Most of these cosmetics ingredients are not 'harsh' as they are even totally safe for everyday use BUT UNSAFE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN. they tend to go into the blood stream and cause more harm than good to the foetus.
Retin A,whether in its lower strength,retinoid, or other forms it may come in, is not to be during pregnancy as it may lead to foetus deformity.

Please as we make researches on the drugs we ingest whilst pregnant, let's make sure to read up products ingredients before tropical use.
For the skintag, let her take her mind off it until she puts to bed as there's little or nothing she can do about it. Apple Cider vinegar is another claimed option for skintag, but it does nothing. She might give it a try..

I don complain give my doc. He asked me to increase my calcium intake by taking 2tablets.
So now I use Pregnacare Plus, 2tabs of calcium and 1dose of blood capsule..
And I still feel this way... abeg e dey normal so?

Lo don dey work nite shift now.. bfor na afternoon shift. So no sleep for nite now

Sabi mamas, is Neofylin cough syrup safe to take in pregnancy ( 26weeks) . My doctor prescribed it. And pls is there any drug that helps with sleeping. TIA.

Sleeping pills are dicey to use during pregnancy as they also make the foetus sleepy too. Such pills are only prescribed when the pros outweigh the cons in cases like insomnia causing high bp.
For Neofylin, I dont know buh Piriton and Cofex were prescribed to me when I had cough in my 39th week.

Have a lil faith in your Dr and whenever you dont feel comfortable, please voice your concern to him.

Hey dear, you can switch between your left and right side, but more on your left. That was what i was told. Also use as many pillows as possible to relieve the hip and knee pain. Its what works for me. For heartburn, i chew two tablets of danacid whenever it pops up and it relieves me instantly. Happy bumping!
