I have heard some people actually talking about how someone was able to see Jesus or how Jesus ministered to them.

Is it possible to see Jesus? Has he ever appeared to you? What was the experience like?

However, some people are pure in heart and will see God someday or get a close experience with God here on earth. Only iniquity keeps God far from us. God will not behold sin.
Last year though I had a dream (vision). In it I stood before a great mountain and behind me was chaos, pandemonium filled the face of the earth. As I looked up to the mountain, smoke and fire raised to the sky and became a hand of flame. This finger wrote 7 things in Aramaic and I said " I do not understand"... The translation to the first was revealed in english. This is the closest I've come to the realm of the spirit. Jesus or God can appear in any form. This is what I believe.
Back to your question now. Divine celestial manifestation is a life transforming experience. It's a privilage and grace. You will never remain the same

Actually, seeingJesus has its own spiritual advantage: you're convince and more enlightened, spiritually empowered, but still if you decide not to hold on to Christ all through the person can still go to hell. so wisdom is profitable to direct and the bible says that heaven is for those who persever with Him into the end.

Those so-called encounters with Jesus Christ are in fact hallucinations and not of Jesus Christ or the God of Israel. They are mental episodes which these individuals confuse with that which is of God.

The encounter Saul of Tarsus, along with all of the young men and women of his time, had about 1900 years ago was as a result of a proclamation by the God of Israel through His prophet Joel in Joel 2 vs 28 - 31. Those encounters were to come to a complete end at the close of the end times, the Last day of the God of Israel's judgement against His nation of Israel(and Judea) in the Land of Canaan. This all took place approximately 1900 years ago.

Some of your religious leaders are aware of this but there scam requires they keep you in the dark about such things in order to continue to wield control over you all. It is partly for this reason they lie to you that they have had encounters with Jesus Christ Himself who never promised any such -- not visions or dreams --- to His followers.
