Some people are yet to learn from fire tragedies which have killed many in the quest of fuel scooping. Today, residents of Onitsha, Anambra state were seen putting their lives on the line -as they rushed out in large numbers to scoop fuel from a tanker that fell along Ogbosi road, Onitsha. See pictures below;
